Step 1: Install the printer drivers

1. Click System Preferences in your Menu Bar.
2. Click Printers & Scanners.
3. Click the + button to add a new printer.
4. Select your printer's name in the list. If you aren't sure what your printer's name should be, check the queue name list at the bottom of the page.
